｜佛羅倫汀芝麻脆餅｜ 12 包，每包兩入
發想自佛羅倫汀脆餅，將傳統鋪於表層的蜂蜜杏仁片以黑芝麻替換，搭配可可風味法式甜塔皮，上方撒上海苔粉、花生粉、香菜粉，做出偽豬血糕的型態和風味，在西方點心中融入東方滋味，有點黏牙的口感有點像台灣人熟悉的牛軋糖。
