Dacquoise，源自法國西南部的傳統甜點，因外觀有如古錢幣，稱之為金錢餅。

灑上可可粉的烤杏仁餅殼，絲緞般柔滑的內餡夾心，使用自家經典苦味手工焦糖醬和來自法國諾曼第AOP認證的Isigny奶油製成，
偶然還有黑橄欖帶來的驚喜！
